Microsoft 365 is a must have in every home. This package is very competitively priced and it is easy to add other members of the family. The two times I have used Microsoft’s customer service, they were immediately familiar with the commercial terms of this package and resolved my issues quickly. Overall, a must have in every home!

Microsoft 365 allows organization of a thousand spreadsheets, presentations, word docs, and the other programs that are so cleverly designed and integrated for our use. Whether we just get by in our knowledge of the programs or delve into their incredible functionality, they are of tremendous benefit.

Our experience was on of a kind. Our customer support. Showed us different options for he best TV to support our needs. We took his recommendation and this product was easy to set, shows clear pictures and have it has APPS with live TV which we requested. We are satisfied!

I love the Microsoft Office products. I hate that we have to pay each year or lose access to our own files. It feels a little like ransomware. But it is a fantastic product and I depend on so many of the programs, the annual fee is a reasonable amount.

Its software that most people need. As much as I hate yearly fee's its not that expensive and its nice to have an extra back up for my files.

Excellent product, everything a student would need. Great for people that also need some extra storage space for emails and saved documents. It is quite expensive to pay for annually.

I have been using Microsoft 365 for many many years. I run a small business and this product affords me secured email facility both on my laptop and Android phones. The other features, Word, Excel and Power Point are everday uses and make my work performance very efficient. I am a Realtor and I recommend Microsoft 365 for business ans personal uses.

I love this product. It's nice to access photos from my phone and have them automatically saved to the cloud for easy access. I also like that I can answer text messages from my phone on my computer. I enjoy all the Microsoft 365 products and especially the Office Products for home and work.

Purchased a Dell desktop computer, all inside of monitor, and left with it that same day. Setup was simple. Purchased the product with additional protection plan. Already enjoying the new machine and wireless connection to router along with both printers. Yes, there are 2 printers. I have the 3rd one in garage for donation right now. Nothing is wrong with it, just too many devices.

At first I wasn’t happy about having an annual subscription for the software instead of just owning it and having it loaded on my computer. As I’ve gone through this first year I have found the ability to pull up documents, spreadsheets, etc on the go from my phone, if necessary, to be invaluable. I love that ability and the ability to make entries in the documents when and wherever I want to.

I have had no issues while using Microsoft 365. In purchasing with Best Buy a few years ago, I find the renewal very, very less expensive than the others I have had in the past purchasing elsewhere. Also, customer service was excellent in answering my questions about my renewal.

Best Buy makes it so easy. They sent me very simple instructions to upload MS Office to my laptop and I did it! MS Office has the applications I need to manage my business and I give it top scores for ease of use, helpful website and an incredible array of templates.

I’m so happy I purchased the Microsoft 365 when buying my laptop. It made it so easy and I used it a lot of times for schoolwork.

This is a good product but find the cost at a yearly rate to be too much. I used to be able to buy the product and use it for several years. I would upgrade with either a new computer or some major change in the product. I teach and need this product, but it is too expensive, especially for students. How much money does Microsoft need? It is greed.

Microsoft 365 is a must for any Windows 11 computer. The only thing is that the plan should be easy to convert into a family plan purchased at some later date by someone in the family.

I have Microsoft 365 Personal for my devices for $69.99 yearly. This includes Excel, Word, Power Point and One Note. All of versions are automacially updated to my computer and 4 other devices simultaneously, which is great. Nice feature is the Editor that really helps spelling and grammar errors. You also receive Mirosoft 365 support by email or chat.

I just moved to Illinois and needed a washer/dryer. I knew what I wanted; the sales person was very knowledgeable & made the purchase process easy. He explained everything, made arrangements for delivery. I have been back for missing cords, and everyone has been so helpful.
