Very happy with this product. The product works very well. The recommendation by Best Buy help me purchase this product. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone utilizing a computer. Best Buy‘s recommendation for auto renewal works very well! I would certainly recommend her recommendations and advice on products being sold.

When I stopped using Microsoft I didnt think I would miss it. Now that my life has changed and I need it again I really did miss it. Publisher is way better now and i have complete many projects over the past year. And the fact that I can access my work via tablet or phone makes it even more valuable to me for.last minute meeting items or reports that need tweeking.

Amazing product all the way around the functionality of it on my laptop was awesome but I’m not surprised that it has you almost need it nowadays. If you don’t have it, definitely look into it. You won’t be sorry.

This was so easy. Best Buy sent me the item on my e-mail to review. If it was correct, all I had to do was just wait and I would be charged. Nothing to do on my end except make sure the order was correct. And of course it was. Best Buy makes things easy!!!!!

I've been using Microsoft for quite a long time. I especially use Excel and Word.

It helps keep me organized, can make cards & other misc things that I do at home. I mainly use Excel, Word & One Drive. Unfortunately I haven't used the other programs that are available since I use it for personal not business. I love that I get helpful suggestions and instructions.

Being able to have this renew automatically every year is great. I know that I will have these programs without interruption.

I love this! I use it daily. I make designed sheets for both my jobs (waste count, time off, inventory count, etc.. and around the house (groceries, choirs, etc..). I wish it had more designs available. When I try to look for some i can never get it to load the ones I find. Other than that it’s amazing! Thanks!

As a substitute teacher, it is great to have Microsoft year-round to be there for any educational need I may have to help my students' learning. I enjoy Microsoft even when I am at home and I have to answer emails and writing lessons plans for the students.

Being 81 years old, I appreciate the information to do thE 365 apps on-line. I did mot have the opportunity to grow up with computer in and outs. After retirement at age 62, a lot has changed. I still need to use some apps for continuing business of private life.

We have always used Best Buy when buying computers and software. We have had any trouble with computers or software Best Buy has always been there to help us out. Great service from a great company. We have updated Microsoft 365 several times and have not had any problems.

Love being able to have all the products on my phone, home laptop and work laptop. Access to the cloud makes for easy retrieval of files.

Microsoft365 Personal makes my life much better each time I use this product. This personal office helper is great for personnel and small business needs. I've used it for letters, correspondences, resumes, and creating spread sheets, and calendars.

The popular “go-to” software for basic office needs-My 4th year using Excel for my job on a daily basis & Word is good for text, & some creative art application. Both are very reliable & constant but like any software they have some bugs but the software updates most times does the fixing. Easy to use & learn with advanced applications as well

This is a necessity in my household from business, personal, & school needs having these apps on my computer and able to share with my son's relieves the pressure of having to travel to a library. Any frequent user on the computer should have Microsoft.

I've used MS Office since it was introduced years ago. I began subscribing to Office 365 four years ago and it's a perfect solution. I don't have to worry about purchasing and /or upgrading. My solution is automatically renewed annually.
