Help is always available. The Assistance is Great and the Techs are friendly wothout being Condescending . Very helpful

Best Buy had helped me in my photography business and I enjoy saving money and being excited for the future of Best Buy and I love the rewards program

Cheapest option to buy Microsoft Programs

I don’t really use all of the programs so I can’t say much for most of them, but I really needed word and excel for my office work needs, so that’s the reason I renew this plan, since it’s cheaper than purchasing just solely the two of them. I wish they would be more user friendly on Apple IPad Pro. They’re harder to navigate on this device than I’ve ever experienced on a regular computer or laptop.
