This is great if you like spreadsheets. I like spreadsheets you can type anything you want into a cell on excel. it doesn’t actually come with an autographed picture of Bill Gates but I still recommend it.

This laptop is one of the best ones . It has a modern design and style , work very fast to do your assignments and paperwork . It’s easy to carry on and if for some reason the owner is not the most delicate person to handle these king of devices , it can be protected with a fancy case that is also Microsoft.

I use Office 365 for my writing projects. My publisher uses it as well, and the review and editing features are second to none. I find the yearly renewal to be expensive and irritating, but the product is worth its weight in gold, so the price is justifiable. I highly recommend it.

The ice maker is really loud. It doesn't make that much ice either. I don't think I could make 2 drinks with ice. Maybe something is wrong with it? IDK but I only had it 24hrs so I will see. That's the only reason I took off a star. The inside is beautiful with the lights.

I use Word and Excel the most, but recently had occasion to use Access and Publisher. I found the tutorials to be thorough and easy to follow.

It is pretty good but it only works for a year, then it stops working and you have to buy a brand new one.

There were minor scratches on the open box “satisfactory” graded condition. l really think it should be categorized as “fair” condition.

Not happy. Microsoft cancelled my subscription due to a problem w my email at Best Buy end.Payment dispute w best buy w my bank. However, service at Best Buy store I work with was good. Working w Microsoft very frustration totally online & email still not resolved.
