The last store clerk that assisted me with the purchase of a insignia microwave felt like the old fashioned customer care. He was respectful, very helpful and so kind. I should have gotten his name but I’m sure he treats everyone the same. A wonderful gentleman. Please keep people like that Best Busy!!

My new refrigerator is awesome! I have wanted this type of refrigerator since they came out. This was a good find and I looked for just this one. It was on sale due to dents. I just had to talk to my spouse. We both agreed and so I used my card and got it. It's different than what I am use to but I still love it. The man that helped me was very polite and helped me get everything I needed. He assisted me even when I ran into a little trouble getting it done. He was excellent in doing his job. He treated me so nicely it was wonderful. Customers are truly treated with respect. I can honestly say I would recommend going to Best Buy for all my computer and appliances.Best

I love to buy in your store. You always have quality products and Good customer service. However, I was surprised this is the second time I go to Best Buy in a period of 2 weeks and they have no bags for the purchase. I had to carry my purchase on my hands. They told me in two different ocassions they "just run out of bags" Whats going on are you now expecting your customers to carry their own bags? Bags don't run out often unless someone is not doing their job at keeping the inventory, or the store has decided not to provide their customers with bags for their purchases.

Cant beat the price for what you get. Absolutely amazing !!!

Roll with the changes, it is easy to do and is great to have

outlook was not easy to connect for me. updates seem to be on time. Some concerns for safety of operating system. Had Issues with browser not deleting search files. Operator of computer has to look up for security issues rather than computer warning. I would advise to keep windows operating system price affordable so your company can stay in business.

I use Microsoft 365 on my laptop. I use a wide variety of the programs that are contained within the bundle. Access is a powerful program that I use to organize my wife's clientele list. I also use Excel for financial spreadsheets. Word is an excellent program for letters, memos, and informational signs that I can be creative and precise in my work. Overall Microsoft 365 is a great bundled plethora of programs for the on the go worker. And the price through Best Buy is reasonable also. I would recommend Microsoft 365 from Best Buy to anyone.

Best Buy has always been responsive whenever I needed to purchase various technical products from them - from my TV, to my Apple Mac Laptop, and to my several Apple iPhones.
