There have been no problems with this software. The person using it says that it works well.

I use Microsoft everyday. From word to excel. I do not use outlook for email, it comes in late all the time. The cost for it is high for a muat have product.

Works great, but after a year or 2, I had to get Geek Squad help to download and install an updated version of WORD because WORD wouldn't open. Works great again

I use it to create PowerPoint slides for Trivia Shows, I use Excel to keep track of my inventory of personal items, and Word for writing. I hate paying a subscription price when it always used to be a disc that you could always have installed directly on the conputer

I volunteer at my local Christian food pantry and seem to have become a bit of a supervisor. As we set up at certain church sites to distribute food, I usually recite a prayer and sing a very short Christian song I will write each week.. Rather than hem and haw, I now find it much more meaningful to write out my lyrics and prayer thoughts ahead of time. Microsoft 365 seems perfect for my needs. Especially for all the adjustments this platform contains to make each document so easily readable in the field. Thank You, Microsoft!

Microsoft Office includes programs that I use every day for work. They are essential. For that reason, I rate Microsoft 365 highly. What I do NOT like is that it is subscription based, and must be renewed every year. This eliminates a level of security for all the important files I have saved. There's a sense that if Microsoft's policy were to change in the future, all those essential files could disappear. For how many more years will Microsoft continue this subscription program before it changes or goes away? What will happen then? I will say I recommend it, because there is no better option.

Nice Microsoft subscription I used cost effective too

I miss the days when you buy software and then only have to buy again when you are ready to upgrade to next version or need it for new computer. Annual fees are a plague on society for things that should not have them. I'd consider an annual fee IF every year they added substantial changes to the product but that doesn't happen with Microsoft Office in my opinion. I've noticed that third parties are selling licenses for Microsoft Office without annual fee and only thing you lose is OneDrive. So my plan is to cancel this subscription and switch back to non-subscription model.

Bought this Microsoft 365 Personal - Yearly subscriptions at Best buy. Got it a slightly cheaper price than normal. It easy to buy and renew a subscription at Best Buy compared to directly buying it from Microsoft. The Best buy staff was very helpful and helped in installation of it

All-around good apps to use for your personal business or household and family activities. Some of the apps are easier to use than others, but they are templates available to help you to understand and use the apps for yourself personally. There is also plenty of YouTube videos that can help You use the apps more efficiently. It’s a good value for the money, especially because the cloud storage available to you. I would recommend it to others. DMP
