The product itself is good. It's the MS Office products. There's not much more to say beyond that. That being said, paying for a yearly subscription when there aren't really enough updates to make it worthwhile on a personal level is rather annoying. I'm planning on purchasing a lifetime license next year and moving away from the 365 subscription because I just simply don't get enough use from the programs to make that worth it for me.

I love Microsoft as it provides with the essential features that you may need. Either to create a custom resume or an invitation that you’ll be able to print and mail out. I would recommend this to family and friends.

I retired 3 years ago and lost my access to Microsoft 365 - you do not realize just how dependent you are to an app until you no longer have it! It's a bit pricey, but so worth the cost if you use Word, Acrobat & Power Point... which I do!

The product package itself works well and was easy to install. I have really enjoyed using OneNote to help me keep my notes better organized. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star is that I struggle to see the value in the online storage. I can buy older stand alone versions of the package for about about the annual subscription price. In the end it was worth it for me so I can have the same tools at home as I use at work. Best Buy makes the purchase and set up very easy.

I use my Microsoft 365 Office all of the time. I'd be lost without it.

We have a construction company that uses the Microsoft 365 Personal- Yearly subscription. I also use it personally. All the different selections are very helpful for all that we do.

The Microsoft suite is still the best at what it does. It seems to be the dying breed of software out there, and it really should do something about working with other cloud services. However, the capabilities far exceed the competition.

I have been using this product from Best Buy for the last 4yrs

Microsoft 365 is the leading suite of office software (as far as I know) for a reason. Lots of features, pretty darn powerful, and user-friendly to a large extent. I mean it can be a little overwhelming if you're new to it, because it has so many functions, but with time you can really do a lot with it. I have actually taken some in-person courses on Word and Excel because I use them a lot, and that was a big help.
