She has limited space so the built in Roku was especially helpful. She already had Netflix and is able to use that easily. The picture on this tv is great, very clear and sharp. For our purposes, the closed captioning is large and clear. We also have a smaller tv that is the Insignia brand that we've had for four years, so we are happy with the brand.
