Roku Annoying

Also, dont want to use that roku remote at all. but forced to because not totally in sync with the cable provider remote. So annoying. I want to use one remote but it forces you to have a roku step and use that annoying remote!!

The associate was wonderful, very professional, honest and helpful. The TV itself is very good, an excellent value conscious purchase. I would recommend this TV. And high marks for BB's customer service.
