When I set it up at her house there were complications in regards to the setup. I called the manufacturer and they suggested I bring it back for a new one. I did and all at the Best Buy location were VERY helpful. There were no others in stock at the store so they had one shipped to my house. I set it up and all works GREAT.

It would be nicer to have a different stand, the legs are wider than I expected, they do support the TV and make it very stable. Programing the Cable remote to work the TV took a little more time, Insignia has like 14 codes for their TV sets, so it took a while.
