    The tv is great the customer service was only adequate. The customer service and knowledge of your rewards program is aweful. Employees are not knowledgeable on how the rewards program works. When you call on the phone to the rewards program they say they will fix your account it's been about 8 weeks now and still I continue to have the same problem. Can't get anyway one to take care of the problems. I have been told on 4 occasions that I have $135 that it is supposed to be my rewards and they will take care of it. It might take 5-10 days to show up and nothing then I call back the same story happens and they will fix my rewards account give it 5-10 days and still nothing this has been going on since February. What can you do to fix this. Worst customer service I've ever had.

    Had previously purchased a 32" Insignia TV, which had speaker issues that got it returned through manufacturer warranty within 3 months of owning it. Decided to upgrade to this TV, hoping previous experience was a fluke. Luckily, that is the case, as this TV has been great and fits the space better. Mounted on wall, installation was easy. Initial setup was easy, and Netflix starts up much faster than any other TV I've used in the last few years. Did not receive a perfect score because it sometimes takes over a half minute to power down, I assume it's a matter of shutting off some of the computer functions.

    I bought this for my bedroom. It is built very well. And has a descent quality picture, not a Sony, LG or Samsung for sure! But, considering price paid it will do. Sound quality is fair. I really like the Roku TV feature best. Nice small remote that does a lot for its size.
