We like the TV. Had to have help setting it up----as you can't just plug it in! We ended up putting it in the dining room, and that one to the bedroom because of the size. We watch it each day. Haven't done netflex yet..

I love this TV in my home office/library, but I had to hook external speakers up because the speakers are tinny and sound like a cheap AM radio or worse. If you have another means for audio, grab it. Great TV for the money.

Already had the 32" but wanted a larger one, all the same great features & so easy to setup, but wish they would go back to the center stand instead of 2 legs. Would purchase another but need the center stand

We are very happy with this TV. Since we have subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon Prime already, as well as HBO and Showtime, it is great to have access to them on this TV now in the room where we don't have a cable box.

Seemed nice at first. It's annoying to have to switch between inputs at time of turning the tv on. Also, the picture doesn't fit on the screen well. It always is too small, too zoomed. Never fits the screen perfect.

Pretty good quality. I now have two of these and my only issues are the sound volume is a little low and on my second unit, I have to unplug or reboot more often than I think I should have too...I would buy again though.

The set up took a while. Especially trying to find channels with an antenna. I like the Roku feature because it has netflix, pandora and many other channels available.

Great picture for a 39" 1080p image. Colors are great and not garish...contrast is great and it's got a great "movie" mode. Very clean edges and very well made. The quality for the price range is perfect!

I was unsure of getting this TV at first but got it with a leap of faith and it was a really good purchase. I even got it with an open box deal and it works amazingly. Haven't had any problems with it!

THE WORST TV EVER. IT DID NOT COME WITH A NORMAL REMOTE ( NO NUMBERS ON THE REMOTE). I HAVE TO GO THRU ALL THE CHANNELS & I CAN'T SWITCH BACK TO ANOTHER SHOW I LIKE.

Great buy for your money, perfect picture, just don't like you have to download an app to your smart phone to control all the features on your TV. The remote that comes with the TV does minimal setup

I'm not really sure that the TV would have been my first choice but the color is great and the features are nice. It's not real user friendly on the searches if program and it took a while fur us to figure it out.

I love my Insignia Roku TV I don't have to reach for my phone or table to see Netflix and Amazon video. I just press the remote and viola!! There it is all on a 39" TV.. Love it and great price also.

Purchased this tv for our guest bedroom. It is great. Being a smart tv I can immediately connect to Netfilx or Hulu. The picture is amazing and the sound clear. Wish I had put this one in my room.

This tv has Roku tv. No need to install a cable box. It has streaming capabilities to all of your favorite channels and more! You can also attached an outdoor HD antenna to expand your view pleasure. Great buy.

We travel but don't want the expense of satellite. We have a hotspot which is great that Roku TV gives us the freedom to watch what we want without having to have an external device to hook up.

Decent picture for the price. Audio not great but ok. Always goes to a home screen and have to them select the source.

I always go to Best Buy for my electronics, and always receive good customer service at the Bangor Maine location. I have been very happy with all the items that I have purchased from Best Buy.

This does a decent job and is a functional unit. Best priced place purchase it at. The wifi that is built in is virtually worthless. Go with Samsung or LG.

Tv was great ... love the smart feature Was a pain to set up emails and go through the t.v. setup ... but was great after all that b.s. Instruction manual was worthless and the remote is not the best ..
