Overall it was horrible.... First off I hate Roku TV's they are always bound to mess up in my experience... But I got this one on Black Friday for a good deal and the kids needed a new TV that was bigger as well.... Smh it kept glitching ...I tried to troubleshoot it myself but it didn't work... And then come to find out a lot of people have been having the same problem I had with that tv... Went to go return it and there were tons of the same to ... Same sizes and different sizes that we're all returned and put out again with the open box prices...

Volume stinks, channel change is weird, I’d rather use my phone rather than that useless Roku remote.

I was looking for a bedroom TV. I have a Roku in the living room and though this TV would make more sense for streaming. Picture quality is decent and the TV is easy to set up. I was streaming in minutes.

We were getting a new TV for our guest room and saw the price for a Smart TV was't much more then the regular TV, so we got the Smart TV for our room and put the older TV in the guest room

This Insignia tv really impressed me. It is an excellent tv on par or better than Samsung or LG. The quality of screen is terrific! Best investment and much cheaper than the major brands.

I made the mistake of purchasing an open box item. Have had many problems since I got it. Audio glitches, picture freezes, randomly restarts, randomly kicks me out of apps. Can't waching a program without at least one issue according. Luckily I caught the 2 year geek squad protection warranty. I will be taking it back to the store this weekend. They better not hasle me. They need to make it right and replace the TV I purchased. They better not say we'll keep it for repairs. I don't think it would be right that I go without a TV when they should just swap it.

Picture was good. However, it would not stay connected to the WiFi. Traded it for a regular led TV, and purchased a Roku separately. No problems now

I have had this tv just over a year now and I am so exasperated with it. It loses WiFi capability often and I cannot get the WiFi to stick. So I can watch tv for a minute then it will lose it. It is near the router and my phone works perfectly in same spot. Have been on he forums and it seems a common Problem with this tv. Have done the updating settings and factory reset and still doesn’t work. Not worth fixing I think. Will buy a hisense to replace as other tv is 2 years old and works perfectly.

Purchased for my teenage daughter for her birthday. She really seems to like the different function's that it has, and was able to learn some of the features quickly, like the screen mirroring.

I do have cable however I find myself using this tv to watch Netflix and Hulu and it's so convenient to not have to hook my computer up to the tv to watch video streaming sites.

overall this is a solid tv. Instead of buying a 2nd roku device, i was able to use this tv for one room and put the device in another. I wanted to replace my old tv anyway, so it's a win-win.

Love this TV. It was easy to install, doesn't take up a lot of room (thin) and has an easy to use remote. The remote makes it simple to switch from T.V. to the Wii, from Netflix to the Xbox.

Got a really good price on this HDTV that we hung in our workout room. With HULU + our cable deal you can watch anything you want without a cable box, saving that cost. Easy!

TV would not stay connected to the internet. Tech support came out and replaced some parts and that still didn’t fix it.

Tv works fine for the most part buts glitches out very often. It will shut off sometimes and restart automatically. Other than that its fine and doesnt bother me too much

This television claims to offer reliable connectivity but it doesn't. It's only a few feet away from the router and yet it's the only television in the house that randomly disconnects from the internet in the middle of streaming, and when I go to reconnect it claims there is no network in the area to connect to. Turning it off and back on again doesn't fix the problem, only unplugging it and plugging it back in does- and that is a huge hassle. Otherwise the t.v. works great.

I've had a lot of freezing problems with both my Roku 4 and this Roku TV. Never had any problems with my Roku 3. Whatever they changed going into the newer hardware, needs to be fixed.

unless I am doing something wrong, it takes to long to go through the set up process. One has to wait until it goes through the set up process. I do not like the Roku process.

Roku makes it possible for my family to watch the great shows and not have to pay expensive satellite tv costs! Remote is easy to use and we are happy with this purchase!

This tv is everything i was looking for...it is super easy to hook up and the all the wifi options are great! Definitely a great product for an even better price!!
