After a FULL 55 minutes on customer service line which took five times to get my address correct. I "think" they will send a new remote. Just going to box up and take this useless TV back. NO more Insignia products, only major brands. Both the Insignia and customer service failed.

The TV is in my bedroom; I only use it to check the weather. I don't think I had more than 40 hours of use. I never had any intention of buying Insignia brand, but this model fits the entertainment unit opening perfectly. So I tried and I got burned.

Pulling it out I thought oh this must be a new design because it bulged at the top. Looking closer I realized that the screen was cracked at the top and the cracks extended all the way out from the bulge to the edges of the screen. Best Buy did fully refund me for the purchase.
