Yes it was my fault for not opening it but it was a chritmas gift. I was not giving any of my money back no did they apologize for this reason I will no longer be shopping at a bet buy

I returned it only to find the remote was defective. I was aggravated by then and just purchased an unsmart tv. Simplier is better in my world.
