Smart TV for a year and a half!
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Then it turns into a DUMB TV. When I first bought it, it was great. Beautiful picture, easy set-up, wonderful streaming. A few months ago it started to have problems connecting to the internet/WiFi. Tried everything; cable company couldn't figure it out, all other devices and tvs had no connection problems. Contacted manufacturer who sent reset instructions which I followed to the letter and still no resolution. I give up mainly due to the fact that my granddaughter just had the same exact problem with hers, went through the same process with no resolution also. She ended up having to purchase a Roku box and a fire stick. Guess you get what you pay for, will stick with my Vizios.

Nice tv

The old tv still works; we simply wanted a larger, LED TV with Roku built in. We love Insignia brand products, have several in our home and will certainly have more in the future. Good quality electronics at reasonable prices.
