This was a replacement TV. It was pretty easy to set up, but getting it connected to Dish took a little time. It ended up needing to go through a "TV tuner" lookup. Kind of like older times when the TV would scan for a picture. Once that was figured out, the rest was a breeze

I bought this for my moms bedroom and it's been working amazingly price was great for a smart TV it was a little weird because the control is a roku control but once we got use to it it's fun to use. Mostly use it for Netflix Hulu and YouTube but it's great for the simple things she uses

Store employee offered me the protection plan. I do not always purchase the protection plan; I’ll do it depending on the device. Since I game a lot, I need my controls to be always ready. I have used this protection plan before, just go to the store, replace it and that’s it. LAPTOP/PC Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store. Performance: Easy to setup, just follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll be fine. Once it was setup, it connected to my Wi-Fi network really quick. Love using the Netflix and Hulu applications on the TV (the faster your internet/Wi-Fi connection, the better). Resolution on HD channels is very good and the TV’s audio is better than I expected. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.

Great smart tv with roku in built so no extra wires or plugs required. Even no additional remote require. Everything is in built and can operated with one roku remote control. HD quality picture with different mode also impressive. Over all I like this product very much.

I have 2 of these and bought a 3rd as a gift for a friend. He loves his, too. An unbelievable value for that 2nd tv. I've left one of mine on for days on end and it works like as when new. Perfect picture and sound.

Excellent TV. We love it. The reason I didn’t read the reviews is because I didn’t have to. Insignia TV is a great brand. This is the fourth Insignia we have in our home. We bought one a few years ago for our mom and she lover the crisp clear picture and sound.

Bought this TV for my bedroom. I like the built in roku. They had a great sale, so decided to get the 39” instead of the 32”. Picture is nice and no issues with sound. Remote is easy to use but not crazy with the volume controls on the side, but not an issue.

I’m quite happy with this TV, though from what my son says, it’s possible that someone who is very concerned about having the highest quality picture might find fault with it. To me it is quite crisp and the color is good, it works quite well, and I’m very happy with it.

This brand and size are an excellent value. I have not had any trouble with it at all. And it is easy to understand! My 11-year-old daughter can find what she wants, and my 70-year-old mother-in-law can also navigate to the shows she wants to watch. Everyone is happy!

Tv is great nice picture. It was on sale when i bought mine so for just over 200$ for a smart tv was amazing. Only negative is it is slow to respond on the menu. My TCL which is a roku tv as well must have a faster processor it moves through the menus much better without lag.

I would buy this TV again for every room of my house. I think it is a great TV for beginners or for people who have had TVs their whole life. It is easy to use in the price was great. It is not too big for a small room and is perfect for everyone in my house.

This is an excellent tv for the price. You get the roku plus a great tv. The picture is great and set up is easy. If I needed another tv I would buy another one of these.

I bought this TV for the bedroom because it was on sale and I had some reward points to use. I have had the TV for about a 1.5 months now, no problems at all! Lots of features, great picture and much better sound than the Samsung 32 inch TV we had in bedroom before.

Perfect Smart TV for my son and I he's able to play games watch TV and chat all at the same time and I can stream my phone to my TV as well as use it as a screen for my laptop when I'm laying in bed highly recommend this product and Best Buy for its timely manner of delivery

Bought this for the spare bedroom. Like that it is smart and streams Netflix and Amazon. Not the best TV I have but very good for the price. ROKU TV menu is a bit clunky. Would like for it to power on to where I left it last. (Shut off in TV mode then should start up in TV mode)

I thought it was a good buy for the price. I use it in my extra bedroom for company when they stay over. The picture quality is great however since we don’t have cable connection in the room the Roku apps come in handy. The disadvantage is having to sign in each individually.

I bought this tv for my son and I love it. But most of all he loves it. It has capability to download apps thru roku which he loves. He can watch you tube, netflix and a lot of other apps. Picture is great quality and sound is as well. Buy this tv you wont regret it!!!

This 39 inch Insignia Roku tv has a picture quite similar to Samsung without the high price. The sound is also crisp and clear. Setup was easy and the apps almost want you to quit cable since you can obtain many of the same channels over the internet.

This was my first time buying a Roku tv and I absolutely love it. I already had a smart tv that I love but having a smart tv with roku just made it so much better. I would recommend this tv to anyone in the market looking for a new tv without spending an arm and a leg.

I bought this smart tv for my bedroom. It works great and has a really good picture. I know most tv's now days need a sound bar and it is no different with this one. The sound is really not that good so I will be getting a sound bar for it. Over all it is a good buy. I'm happy with it!
