    I was very excited to purchase this product for my daughter, whom is extremely talented and creative in every aspect of the word. (Literally give her two sticks and in no time she will have a masterpiece made, complete with an entire storyline to go along!) However, this pen stopped working after the first charge, which that in itself was a disappointment as we got maybe 20 mins at the most to actually try it while we still could. After unboxing we initially charged the pen before use (as per instructions state), after charging the pen until the light turned to signal that it was ready, we were able to try it out for literally about 20 mins (and that time frame is me being generous), then the light signaled that it was in need of a charge, so we did as the instructions stated and took the ink out and connected the charger until the light signaled it was ready which was about a charging time of roughly 30 mins. However, when we went to put the ink back in the pen it would not work, we have tried everything and it simply will not do anything aside from the light turning on and then back off when prompted. We have finally given up and moved on to other art projects! However, when I went online to look up my receipt to return to Best Buy, it states that I cannot return the pen because it is past the 30 days! Which is not cool at all!! Dont waste your time or your money!!! And BEST BUY DO BETTER!!!!

    My 9 year old twin boys love this pen! They got it for Christmas and have made all kinds of things with it and worked together to figure out how to make things stuck together. It’s been great!

    Bought this for our niece who is 7. She really was excited to get it and try it out. Obviously, it takes some practice to get used to, but what a fun way to have some "art time" and create cool things!
