    Dont do it!! Buy any where else!!!

    Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Dont buy this product from best buy you will get the run around when trying to get a refund on an item you will never receive. I placed an order july 17 after a bit of the tracking saying not picked up by carrier i asked for a replacement to be sent out. After a few more days of not being picked up by the carrier, I chatted with a best buy agent and was told that i need to wait until after the delivery date to ask for a refund. So I went back the next day and said i wanted a refund and was told the package was supposed to be delivered that day and to check back tomorrow for a refund. I told the agent I was told that yesterday and wanted a refund. They said no can do. I asked for a manager, they said I will transfer you, I was never transferred. So I chated again told the new agent the same info and was told they will put in a refund request. Save your self some time and buy anywhere but best buy. I told every agent that they need to remove this product from their site if they cannot get the product to the consumer. It looks like they have not done so. I bought this product feom amazon and had it in 2 days. The sound quality is okay, better for audio books than music in my opinion. But not a horrible sound quality.

    One of the worst experiences I’ve had

    I’m highly dissatisfied with my purchase, not only did I only receive one of the headsets, I had to fight and claw to get a refund for these headsets. I ordered two originally, they weren’t coming in time, and I only ended up receiving one, not to mention the headset did not work as I was intending for it too, but, despite this, I am more than hesitant to try to get this situated again. This was a long drawn out process and very inconvenient for me as I worked three jobs and was trying to get this soft. I live 30 minutes away from the Best Buy so returning the headset that I got is not in the cards for me. I was refunded for two finally after weeks of stress and difficulty, but like I said, it is a good thing that I wasn’t expecting to because I only ever received one that did not even do what I intended for it to, and that would be to link to another headset and communicate together . I do not plan on Best Buy anymore.

    Don't bother, you wont see it!

    Would love to rate the product but that's hard considering I never recieved it. It's been well over a month with the only thing I get from anyone is, it's being shipped directly from the manufacture, sorry for the delay...it will there by the end of the week. Shop elseware!
