I wish I could figure out how to get it to work

Very inaccurate heart rate monitor

Requires access to phone, contacts and photos

They are refusing to refund my money because they said the product wasn't defective. No where on the description of the product does it say that this access is required, therefore, this product is defective in my eyes.
