I am very comfortable with Geek Squad's installations - I have used them in three of my vehicles. The latest was installing a four channel amp in a Wrangler. Installer listened to my suggestions on placement, inside the dash - and it worked out perfectly. A clean install in less than the allotted time. Reminder that you have to provide your own Amp Wiring / Install kit - and bring it with you during your appointment.

The installer Nate Metcalf at store #293 has been very courteous, knowledgable and very helpful. The resulting new installation sounds amazing. First time right.

Dylan did a wonderful job upgrading my boat stereo and was very pleasant to work with.

Although he was busy and did not have the car ready as promised due to lack of employees that day I had the day off so I wasn't bothered. Luckily he pointed out that my battery was corroding and he cleaned it up and informed me. I immediately took my car to the dealer and had it replaced. If I didn't elect to have Best Buy do the installation, I probably would've never known that my 1 year battery was in bad shape!

Austin did an extremely good job installing my stereo components. He took care to do a custom install for the amp, controller and subwoofer. He informed me every step of the way on different options. The final installation was outstanding. Thank you to Austin for his personal care for my truck.

At my store in the surrounding Atlanta area the Geek Squad audio installation was a total pro! Now my car sounds amazing and the worker at my store won an award for cleanest audio bay and for being in the top class of elite Geek Squad installers in the area! The Kicker VSS Powerstage and amp is an amazing product that does not interfere with the car's warranty and was an excellent upgrade to the audio!

The install technicians at Best Buy did a great job of installing a new amp and speakers. They fixed problems caused by a previous DIY installation while they were doing the installation of the new components. The system now sounds great and I could not be happier.

I have used BB audio install before and been very pleased with the service. My biggest complaint is that it takes weeks to schedule an appointment. In the case of this purchase I have been trying for 3 weeks to schedule an installation appointment, both by trying online and calling. Online says there are no appointments & calling just goes to a VM. I would recommend the service, but be prepared to wait a while to use it. Seems to me that the technicians could use some administrative help to fix this!

Geek Squad has installed five or six different sound systems in our cars. GS has performed service in a timely manner, with superior performance, very friendly, helpful, & dedicated to excellence in customer service. Part of sound system install for mustang base unit. Sub woofer, bass amp, and new speakers. Sounds awesome.

Got my 4 channel amp hooked up to my factory stereo on my 2017 Nissan rogue sv ( got an infinity reference setup on all 4 speakers including the amp) and Jose from the Hawthorne, CA location did a really great job! Would highly recommend getting your amp installed at best buy! Really professional and not to mention his work was phenomenal!

I'm very satisfied with my amp, and speakers. Installation how ever was bad as far as service. I was told to drop off at 10am and ready by 3pm. no biggy right? Called at 4pm , not ready yet. maybe in a hour and a half. o.k, went at 6 pm still not done. It was at 6:25 pm. tech told me amp was defected. Why didn't call me to tell me this? Brandon, from Lady Lake Florida, installed my Amp, Sub, and two sets of Speakers. Sub and Speakers purchased from Best Buy but the Amp I had to get elsewhere. He did a great job and took care to ensure everything was done correctly and to my liking. I am very particular about my car, so it was very nice to have someone who takes pride in his work and installs things correctly.

Sounds amazing! Best Buy installer was very happy to install and was almost more exited than I on how great the system sounded! Hooked up w 10"pioneer sub with box And 4-2 way pioneer 6x8 tsa's with sound deadening sheeting With deck pioneer deh-8800! B.B. Even matched competitor price! My system thumps with only 1-10" sub. Quality over quantity my friend!
