I have seen these little fans used by individuals at their desks, at check out counters, etc. My husband uses his on the floor aimed at him. That means we don't have to set the AC cooler. The temp that is perfect for me is too hot for him. This little fan solves the problem. it's so great that we bought another one for his desk.

Love this new fan. It's perfect for placing on my new desk also purchased from Best Buy. Will be super comfortable for gaming in the summer.

I purchased this fan on sale for about half off so great price for this fan and it works great it's perfect for my desk at work. I just wish it specified in the details if it used a regular outlet cord to plug into or a USB cord. It would be nicer if was a USB cord but for what I paid can't really complain :)

How they packed so much power into a small unit is amazing. I have one at my bedside and one on my bathroom vanity. It is quite powerful for a small unit. It is not exactly quiet but I wanted the white noise to block out street noises.

This fan caught my eye when leaving the St. Pete Best Buy. I initially had no plans for a mini fan, but after seeing this fan, I decided it would be a good investment for my upstairs bedroom. The fan is relatively quiet and provides an adequate breeze. A good fan for the money...

The Insignia 4 Mini-fan is quite and very small which makes it perfect for an application in an electronics cabinet to reduce heat buildup. Unpacked it, plugged it in and it has run continuously for a few weeks. Unfortunately it is so quiet I will not know if it fails but that is a good kind of problem to have.

I'm using this fan to keep my PS4 cool in a smaller shelf. Works perfect and is quiet.

This little fan is great for the following reasons: It is small, yet functional; It is quiet when it is on, but it circulates quite a bit of air; and its small size allows me to place it right on my desk without taking up valuable space. And, my cat likes it, too!

I was at Best Buy and happen to see this product and purchased it for my mom. She was looking for small fan that she could place on her desk at work and it completely suited her need. It was compact enough to fit on her desk yet powerful enough to provide a sufficient breeze. And it was cute to boot.
