I purchased the Insignia - 4 Mini Fan - True Red for my wife who wanted to have a small fan in her office to cool her office, especially when the heater is running (warming other parts of the house) and when the outside air is too cold to open a window. She loves this fan and claims that it provides just the right amount of air flow to keep her comfortable.

Great mini fan, also a great fan that can be used to cool your computer or laptop.

My wife has to have a fan at night for noise. The one she had ( like this one) died. So what does she do?.... Goes out to the garage & gets a 12" floor fan, that she usually uses in the summer, & puts it on low, for her nightly noise. She's freezing me to death with that thing so I found this one at Bestbuy. Not freezing now, & it has a regular wall plug on it. Not a USB plugin. Problem solved. Lol

this fan indeed is a cool little fan... really cools at such a small size,your own personal fan. lightweight but its frame is strong and durable. very silent,too.

I bought this fan because my work area can get really warm sometimes and I tend to get hot really quickly. This fan is great because it blows cool air without making distracting noise. It's size is perfect too.

I bought this fab for my office. I have it on my desk less than a foot from my face and I have it on pretty much all the working day to have air circulate in my office and on hot days that I feel like the AC is not enough. It works great for this. It is not a very powerful fan, if I set it more than 1.5 feet away I can barely feel it. Great for the use I give it.
