Never came to Install our products. Had

We scheduled the install and it was cancelled. We scheduled it again and again cancelled. We tried again and yet again it was cancelled. It just seems like they dont want to do their job .

Doesn't work as advertised with GoPro cameras

I bought it for my GoPro after both the Best Buy Employee who got it from the case and two guys at the customer service counter said that if it was broken, I could bring it back and get another one right off the shelf. Turns out that wasn't the case. I gave them the GoPro and they're sending it somewhere to see if it can be replaced. Not really as advertised :(

Go Pro Camera Insurance

Whatever happens though I'm sure it's gonna be like the computer insurance instead of replacing it their gonna say I need to repair it. That kind of Insurance Sux!
