The 2 year warranty covers everything. I definitely recommend having this it’s worth every penny. Good to know if anything happens to my laptop from viruses to water damage to cracked screen it’s covered.

I had to use protection plan and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the team worked to either get me a replacement or credit me so I could pick out a replacement. It was a quick swap out for a new one/replacement.

Agent explained with detail, and spoke clearly and understandably. He also answered all of my questions and let us know how we could follow up with the location if I had any other questions or concerns.
