Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. But the auto focus and image quality settings are absolutely stunning. The video quality is 10 times better than what I thought it was going to be. I Shoop mainly because of wildlife and plants and bugs and I have been severely impressed by want this canera has been able to do.

Very happy with the geek squad. My open box camera did not come with a charger and the very nicely provided one when I went back within 2 weeks if the purchase date.

I use my gear for business so I definitely need to have them insured. I was looking for one online but realized that geek squads offer was more than enough for my needs and half the price. Luckily I’ve only had to use this service once - but the process was simple. Not super quick, but they keep their promises. They’ll either fix your camera and get you another. Super worth it

Love the 1080p at 180fps. It does not overheat in 4k at 60p on a hot day at the race track. Overall happy with my camera.

Excellent camera for vlog shooting or for skateboarding. I use it for skateboarding, reasonable price for a good HD 60fps camera or 4K 24fps for broll shooting.

Haven't had to use it yet, but I'm sure that it will come in handy. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but I trust that my devices are in good hands if I do.

I brought my camera in for repairs/cleaning because there was a foreign object in my camera that made my pictures look like they had a worm in them. Geek Squad was able to fix my issue very quickly! Very happy I purchased the protection plan.

I haven't had to use the service, which indicates it's good for me, but I think it's a good service as it allows you to repair or replace the equipment in case of breakage due to accidents.
