What a waste of money!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a TEVO Bolt from Best Buy.com along with a 2-year Geek Protection Plan. When the TEVO arrived, my cable company had difficulties getting it to operate as it should. I contacted Geeks and was told 1) they had no service technicians in my area, and 2) since the product was new, I should contact the manufacturer directly. What was the purpose of buying the tech assistance from Geeks???
