We bought this carpet cleaner in kind of a big hurry, we had 2 puppies with upset tummies and we had run out of spray carpet cleaner. We decided that instead of doing it by hand that a cleaner would do much better. I was very pleased with how well it worked at getting the new puppy stains and old stains out of our carpets. My husband was so happy he cleaned the entire downstairs to see what it could do. Plus unlike our old carpet cleaner it dried the carpets very well and they weren't wet to walk on when we were done!! Highly recommend it!!

I was looking at the Spot Bot Pet as it would have been simply set on the pet spot and left to do the work, but what makes the RugDoctor nice is that it was fast at the ten plus spots I had to clean when I got home. With a 10 amp motor, wide motorized head, and very little cleaning fluid needed, I was able to get out all the spots and sill have half the reservoir from the first fill to go out to the car and clean the seats!

I usually do not purchase extended warranties, But this was such a GREAT DEAL I had to. I almost was going to return this Item because the one I wanted was not in stock. But Now I am going to keep it for 20 ish dollars I got a SIX year warranty. So if it breaks in the next six years I get a NEW one cant beat that deal..

We buy protection plans( extended warranty’s on almost every thing we buy from almost all stores, we have been stung by other stores( extended warranties)but not by Bestbuy so if your thinking about getting Geek Squad protection, my suggestion is get it you won’t be sorry

Had to exchange my vacuum cleaner because it was dumping out dust when I used the suction tube. No problem to use, couldn't repair so they gave me a new one (didn't pay a dime because they still had the same model in stock).

I used Best Buy's warranty in the past for a few items and usually better than dealing with the manufacturer. If you want peace of mind then get the extra coverage.

Easier than navigating the manufacturer's warranty policy. If you don't like hassle and want the extra protection then the extra money may be worth it to you.

My first hoover cordless vacuum worked for almost 4 years and with this warranty i got a new one no questions.

I always get protection on small appliances, its silly not to with how cheap it is in comparison to the product and most are replacement plans so if it's broken they replace it!

This protection worked great for me. I had the ninja Blender and the small turn piece at the bottom of the blender cracked. So Best Buy exchanged it with no hassle.

Best Buy extended warranty is a very good investment. They replaced my Electrolux stick vac with a brand new one due to the battery not charging.

I love this carpet cleaner. It has a separate container for the cleaner and I also like that it has a switch to turn it from clean to rinse. It works great!

Geek Squad had time to perform diagnostics on my daughter’s Asus. They were able to fix her laptop faster than expected.

For very little money I bought the 4 year Geek Scuad Protection, I feel better knowing if something is not working, I could get it fixed.
