    Very glad we purchased this for our Denon receiver. It has been about 18 months and the receiver tripped an internal circuit that cannot be fixed. I brought the receiver into Best Buy and they had to ship it to a geek squad repair center. While I wasn't happy about not just getting a replacement, they had replied within 2 days that it could not be repaired and that all I had to do was come in and get a new one with a store credit. Overall it was worth the protection plan.
