not a bad place to start, sub definitely sounds good. just wish both my tv and sound bar had eARC support, but only one of them have it. but still pretty happy with it. a lot easier to set up and pair then my previous one.

This unit is a beast. I purchased a more expensive unit for myself (with 520 watts) and this unit for my sister.
I set up this Insignia unit and compared it to mine, side by side. I am really happy with my soundbar, but the sound on the Insignia is also good. I wish the Insignia came with an HDMI connector. It does have RCA connectors (Red and White) that you can connect to the back of your TV. Most TVs can connect that way. You can also connect with an Optical cable, for $20, if you prefer. My sister was impressed with the sound.

4-year Geek Squad protection... 10/10
I am not one to normally buy extended service plans, but with electronics I do. I have had to use it in the past and having Best Buy service all of my electronics has paid off. Saved the repair bill and they came to my house to do the fix. 2 years after the fix, still no problems.

Had a TV with this coverage. Had a problem with it and called service. Still had 1 month left on my 2-year plan. They first offered la freel replacement but that model wasn't available. They offered the full amount I paid initially toward any TV they had. Just so happened a bigger, newer TV was on sale for $22 more. I paid the difference, they delivered the new one, returned the old one and I'm one happy puppy. Even got the 5-year plan on the new TV. I really like the way they handled this problem. You will, too! I really recommend!

Decent bass for the size. Remote doesn’t have a button for voice mode which is irritating - you have to do a combination of buttons to turn it off/on. If you get it on sale it is a good buy.

So far sound good they replaced my surround sound system because somehow it got damaged in transit from the warehouse where they do the repairs i say it's good to have for peace of mind. For after the factory warranty expires.
