Geek Squad service is a must for every Best Buy product. No hassle returns. My son broke his tablet (accidentally) and they replaced it then and there.

We really appreciate being able to have a four year protection plan on our products.

Have not yet used it, but i hope they honor the warranty.

Our new Panasonic microwave works great! After having another brand for 2 years this one is wonderful. The other microwave would stop every few seconds, but sometimes it would go for a minute or more before it stopped. That one is gone and we really love this Panasonic!

The microwave was very easy to set up the touch pad is amazing it’s like magic. The features are really cool like increasing and decreasing time is literally one touch! I love this microwave.

Anytime we’ve ever had a problem with a product, the geek squad has been able to address the problem locate it find what needs to be fixed and fix it or else they simply replace it which they have done on many occasions for us. I’ll never buy another product without getting the geek squad protection even though it has become a little bit more expensive than previously.

Very Good Plan from the given material I saw for this 4 year Protection Plan. It is a very suitable plan for my microwave. and I believe this plan will ensure an added protection be provided whenever the manufacturer warranty expires

I always get the BEST BUY warranties. They stand behind their products and should it ever be needed, they always take care of the customer to get an item fixed or replaced....

I just bought an LG microwave, and I purchased the 4yr geek squad protection plan for it. I hope I never have to use it, but I feel better having this warranty coverage as newer appliances don't last as long these days.

I get protection plans with most purchases I make at BestBuy. Even the small things that offer it. It’s an extra peace of mind on especially big purchases and they seem to come through EVERY single time I have an issue with something I bought. Of course as long as I bring it in within the plan period.

Overall a good investment. I do recommend a protection plan for microwave ovens if you plan to use it regularly. However when the covered product failed there were some issues. The manager seemed unclear how the service plan worked. Tried to charge me for the difference in the price originally paid for the covered product, a microwave oven, and the current selling price, which of course had increased. After some "negotiating" the product was replaced without additional cost. One other thing of note is that the service plan does NOT transfer to replacement product. Don't buy more time than you think you'll need as it is wasted money. I thought I was good for four years since that is what I purchased. When the product failed after 15 months, I returned to Best Buy to have it repaired or replaced as promised. After getting the replacement I was told the 4-year service plan was null & void and I would have to purchase another service plan for the replacement product. I chose the 2-year plan this time as these microwaves generally fail within two years.
