It says after your manufacturer warranty ends…..anywhere else when u purchase a protection plan it begins when the manufacturer warranty ends. Its like getting ripped off for the first year as they will just refer u to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Once the manufacturer denies the claim then tbey will tell u to file a claim with Best Buy. By the time the thing finally gets fixed you’ve gone for weeks if not more without the appliance. You think they will extend the warranty 2-3 weeks past the time you couldnt use your appliance? They most certainly will not. They tell u everything u need to hear to sell u the warranty and when u file a warranty claim they do everything they can to get out of it. Same as insurance companies most of these corporations leaders should be jailed but they simply “lobby” aka bribe the politicians so they get away with it everyday. This nation was once a great place to call home before the greedy corporations owmed and ran everything including Washington. These days this nation is nothing but a disgrace. Ill be discussing with my wife about canceling our membership and the stores credit card. Im certain she will agree then I will advocate for all my friends and family to do the same. There isnt a single corporation doing business that actually cares about the customers. Its just the opposite their main goal is to screw over as many people as they possibly can. What can we do as consumers? Go to their competitors? Doesn’t matter its all owned by the same group of people. This one owms that one which owns these other ones that owns those over there. Thats why they dont care if they loose u as a customer and go to another business cuz u are still their customer u just dont know it!!!

Does not get very hot. Hard to operate. Inside burned while making popcorn as instructed. Super cute but not practical.

Fast and quick service didn’t have to wait that long in line!! The staff were very helpful from walking in the door to leaving out the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and I left with a friendly smile because the work that was done to electronics that I purchased I was in and out the door within 15 minutes geek squad is great!!

Bought the AirPods for my son, he was a little rough in them and one AirPod wasn’t working correctly. Purchased my son a new pair for Christmas but didn’t realize I purchased the warranty on the broken air. Returned and got the broken pair replaced. Guess who now owns the replacement pair... me! Buy the warranty - it’s totally worth it.

We had purchased a plan for a previous microwave. The microwave stopped working, so I took it back expect them to send it for repairs. They said it works differ than computer. They gave me the purchase price back and I selected a differ microwave and protection plan and even got a small gift card back with the difference of the cost.

whats better than extra protection !! i try to get this everytime i make a large purchase because why would i waste my money if something break and i try to return it after the manufactures deadline.

Quick and easy setup. It’s very spacious. I can warm both of my toddlers plates at the same time. My favorite part is there is no loud obnoxious noise when the timer is up when I grab my late night snacks lol

Gig squad service is absolutely worth every penny. They are simply superior and very invested in making customer. Happy if a product is faulty or fails.

Always feel sade from the unknown. Really like knowing insurance is there if needed.

I always get this protection- JIC.. This is first time I used it - took awhile to replace my microwave-oven which wasn't even 2 yrs old - but had been discontinued. However -eventually got one - just had to pay difference in price between old one and new one and get new protection plan. Too bad they don't have loaners as one month without microwave is a LONG time. Luckily they found similar product - practically identical actually- so I got one sooner.

The Price was right for long term coverage.... I normally don't buy warranty's because it's not worth it. In this case it was.

Hopefully we won’t have to use the warranty but from previous times I’ve had to buy a Geek Squad warranty I know they cover pretty much everything.

Warranty’s are usually not worth it but with any appliance that uses water I’d recommend it. Also Best Buy warranty for OLED is the best. Eventually you’ll get burn in after many years. But having the 5 year warranty just gives you the easy of mind in case a pixel burns out.
