Having the protection plan was the best decision my family and I could’ve chose. We have animals and they will knock our pan tilt camera over sometimes, and for a second we will be scared that it’s broken and what will we do, but almost immediately we are relieved with knowing that if something were to happen. Everything will be okay.

Agent was knowledgeable and fixed my problem within an hour.

I recently used Geek Squad for a computer repair, and overall, I was impressed with the service. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward through the Best Buy website, and I was able to get a same-week slot at a nearby store.

Must get with any purchase , love it and easy to warranty any item.

I haven't had a reason to use this. My husband installed it right away with no problems, So far so great. But i do love the geek squad !

I signed up for the 4-year Geek Squad Replacement Plan when I bought a new TV. The best parts of the plan is the peace of mind it gives me. I don’t have to worry about random issues popping up with my devices because I know that if something goes wrong, I can get it replaced without dealing with repairs or waiting around for weeks.

They are very helpful and polite, very knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything to make sure you are able to understand fully.

Cameras work great I would reccomend buying the weather protection covers for outside protection against weather elements I bought them a year after purchase Great really makes a difference . I only placed them on the cameras that are not under shaded coverings. Cameras are great battety life is good over a year before i changed battery Highly reccomend Blink cameras.
