Told her I didn’t like them they were junk and fortunately I was within the 60 days to replace and get money back . So I replaced. Haven’t really used the geek squad service it self

I've taken my laptops up there and had no issues with getting the right information I needed regarding what to do next.

Installation is a breeze, the app works fairly well; but tge outdoor cameras fail within the year being exposed to Florida heat and rain! Disappointing! Seeking a new system since I cannot replace the cameras again! The only clear camera view is the frontdoor since it is not exposed to the elements. Again disappointing!
