Great product. Easy set up and WiFi connectivity and steady

We have already used them multiple times and they have been able to fix everything each time.

Extended warranty worked great, on same day Geek squad solved my problem, by next day had my replacement.

Protection for any expensive device is worth it period. Dont over think it.

Speed is great but somehow outside hacker able to access. I cannot seem to figure how to beat them from accessing. I have changed my WIFI SSID password and setup Network Access control. Homeshield security is installed as well.

Great plan for 4 years! Even covers if my home suffers from a power shock and my router dies!

I got my refrigerator replaced once and was happy. Depending on the price, I would stick with major appliances and electronics. If the item is like $200, and the protection plan is $39 don't waste your money .unless

Once again, I have been saved by a geek squad protection plan. The quality we see in everyday items are not at all what they used to be. Its good to be able to reply on a solid backup plan when issues come up.

Let me count the times I have purchased Geek Squad. I would rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Kind of like insurance, right!?! I have needed it. Not often.
