Awesome unit, sounds great and drives 2 mid size speakers strongly. Had it at about 95% volume for 12 hours per day for 4 days strait and didn’t have any issues, did get pretty hot so don’t place anything on top of it if running it that hard for that long.

To me, geek squad protection is a must. I purchase it. I’m just about anything that I buy at Best Buy. It gives me peace of mind, knowing that if anything happens in four years, three years, they’ll take care of my tech.
One of the worst feelings is when your product is out of policy, and something wrong happens, and you did not get protection plan.

ALWAYS get the protection plan! I didn't buy one on a refrigerator once, and the compressor broke 6 months after the general warranty ran out. $1600 down the drain; lesson learned! I usually buy it and always have a great experience with the Geek Squad. If they can't fix it, they replace it-Done!

I am slowly upgrading over time. This was an extremely wise choice and interestingly enough, was available for a lower price than is usual on the day in which I went in to "look around." I have had no issues with it and I use it a lot. I run my computer through it as well as my Internet radio. SO it enhances the playback of Amazon Music, YouTube and various other broadcasts that I use on a daily basis. The price was very nice!

Bought for record player incase it evwr breaks. Have not needed to use yet. In the past they replace items quickly. Thiugh dont buy for samsung because they dont fix in store. Tou have to ship your phone out and the protection doesnt even cover most things for phones.

It's good to have the protection just in case something happens. I have had issues with other products I bought and Best Buy will replace the items if they can not fix them. If they are no longer in stock, Best Buy will give credit for the amount of purchase. You can't beat that. They are very expensive as compared to other protection plans, but in most cases, I think they are worth it.

We had a connection issue with our Sonos play 5s playing in surround sound. Geek squad came out to the house to trouble shoot the issue, even sent a 2nd tech over to help the 1st. Unfortunately they could not resolve the issue, but were very nice and helpful on the next steps in the process to get them replaced since we did have the protection plan. We purchased the plan again for our exchanged new Sonos play 5s, because it will be worth it if something happens to the new ones.
