I have had to use the geek squad several time always very helpfull

Great to have for services and repairs when needed.

Onkyo always does what is needed. And when you buy here Best Buy with all specialist support. Plus all concerns or questions, answers. suggestions is a no-brainer. I love to have these two stores always for my electronics. collecting rewards and points from this last purchase. I get a new TV 65 for a bedroom.

The Geek Squad Tech was superb. Installed everything in good time, courteous, and answered all questions. Spent nominal time after set-up explaining the new system. I thank you Best Buy Geek squad.Geekam very happy with the 4 year protection.

I normally purchase for items I plan on getting more than a couple years of use out of but I’m leery about them outsourcing to another company

Geek squad warranty is the best money you can spend on upper price range electronics. My 4 year old TV went bad and Best Buy issued me a credit that was as much as I paid for it, and there was no charge for the service calls. External circuit boards in these new TVs are reasonably priced, but if the circuit board in the screen takes a dump as mine did, then it becomes a throw away, as a screen costs more than a new TV.

There is great value in purchasing a BestBuy Geek Squad 4-Year Protection Plan for my recently purchased Onkyo 6-Disc CD player. It's nice to have peace of mind knowing that if something does go wrong with the product, BestBuy will be there to help to get it fixed right.

Bought it because it was a reasonable price. Bought it along with the Open box soundbar.

Lighting took out my router and AV amplifier and BB replased both, giving me a replacement. Will always purchase this protection! Thanks BB!!

I will always purchase the protection plan through the company at Bestbuy. If your going to spend $500+ on an item, and additional warranty is recommended due to the unknown of the working ability of that item. They are easy to use when needed and it provides a level of peace of mind when buying something with hard earned money.

Your home theatre cave will thank you, your neighbors will envy you and although your doctor won’t care, you’ll have a good piece of technology to recommend once you start using this awesome piece of tech. Like a Maserati from 2018, you’re not buying the most current tech but you are buying a well oiled machine designed to impress. So crank up that surround sound, connect that blue tooth and blast Ramble On through your store bought and self installed system. Then, tell everyone you’re an audio engineer by hobby and sync up Squid Games on your Netflix, grab a scotch and just chill in the awesome sound.

I purchased this protection plan because of the value. Feeling good knowing that if anything goes wrong in the next four years that it is under warranty.

I haven't needed to use Geek squad for my product and that is a good thing. just having that level of protection gives me peace of mind.
