    Geek Squad is harder to use than the Walmart warranty but after the headaches of all the questions of making you feel like you broke your product they finally fix it. Walmart doesnt ask they replace. I will only recommend do to I believe in extra warranties even geek squad

    My DVD player had defective rear speakers. I brought them to Geek Squad, who shipped them to NJ repair facility. The last tracking notice I received was dated 12/6/17, and that the items were in transit back to ME. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach a human in customer service, I finally reached someone who couldn't match my phone or order # to the repair. After several hours trying to locate the repaired unit, I was given an appointment and was given a replacement unit.

    This sound bar is not worth the money. I should have returned it. Too late...you live and you learn. The volume continues to go in and out, its difficult to adjust the sub woofer setting

    Not sure exactly how they are haven't had any troubles except for setting my things up and they won't come do that unless I pay him

    I would not recommend getting a 4-year. Especially since if you get a 2-yr plan, Best Buy automatically let's you know when it's about to expire, and asks you to renew anyway.
