Software issues when your computer just does not want to work correctly after a software update, or corrupted data they can fix it. bring it or they can come to you if you do not have the time. Restores, data transfers and backup they have been there to help fix all my friends and family's broken products I always buy a service protection plan on my pc's and appliances you just never know when something is going to go wrong.

I'm so happy that I get insurance from Greek Squad from Best Buy, even when you don't need the insurance for every 1 out of 4 items you buy though something goes wrong and they will either fix your device or replace it with the same thing or give you your money back. I tell people all the time of you're going to buy electronics that you should buy from Best Buy and make sure you get a warranty.
