Highly recommend buying a Geek Squad protection plan. Bought a 3 year plan for an item, and it broke almost 3 years later. Brought it in to Geek Squad and they were super quick to help!

I bought a radio and had it installed in my jeep. The warranty is inexpensive and offers 4 years of coverage incase there is an issue. I have a jeep wrangler and in the past I've had issues with radios from going offroad to accidently leaving the softtop down and only to have it rain. The warranty will help any issues that I may come into, which is good because I haven't had the best of luck in the past. Best selling point is that it is inexpensive. If you're going to spend on getting a radio for your vehicle, why not spend a few bucks more and get a warranty incase something goes wrong?

It doesn't always make sense to buy geek squad protection (sometimes it's more than half the price of the product but I hope that's just bad oversight on pricing algorithms). I think it does make sense here though. I've used it before, and there's usually no hassle.

The technicians are very helpful and patient. They don´t stop until the problem is solved. It is an excellent service.

We had a new radio installed in my sons 2003 Blazer. With geek squad protection the installer let us know that if we sell or get rid of the vehicle, they will take out the new radio for free and reinstall the the old one.
I would recommend this to a friend

Have not had to use the service yet. But it is nice to know I do not have to worry about the Car Radio dying yet. Its very good quality so If I have to re-install it it would be nice to have

Bought it along with the Planet Audio Wireless CarPlay device purchase for my 2016 Corolla S as I felt it would be nice to have a 4-Year Protection Plan for it.
I am yet to receive any service as part of this but feels good to have it as it adds confidence to purchase the audio especially as there is no other support from Best Buy after installation.
