This is the best sweeper I have ever used. This protection plan ever. If it stop charging, or the belt breaks. Call the store and explain problem and you get a new one. If they are out of them, your service person will order you a new one and its shipped right to your house. Win win!

Love the protection plan through geek squad. It is really the only one I consider buying because of the accidental damages being covered.

Getting this accidental insurance actually works. I accidentally dropped it and the casing broke. I took it in expecting them to replace the casing. Instead they told me to leave the broken one with them and go get a new one!
