The guys come to install my amazing Samsung tv the frame. They was very nice and friendly, I was 2 min away, so they just waited for me, and I was very thankful for that. They did everything nice and the work was amazing, the only thing is that the cable still out of the wall. And this Tv supposed to be an “art”. I really don’t like the cable out. But they say it’s not up to then to put the cable inside the wall. Don’t make sense for me.

Happy with my purchase. The delivery was first thing in the morning. They contacted me. They were professional, courteous, quick, informative. I was happy.

I can't be more pleased with the service I received. The techs were professional and knowledgeable about the TV and the entire mounting process. They handled my TV with care and pay close attention to the details. They did a great job, no wires just clean lines. My TV actually looks like a picture on the wall!!

Love this 50 inch Toshiba smart TV. The advantages of smart TV have served me well and I do like the picture quality on this model. It's even light enough that I can move it myself!!! Compared to my old 50" TV that is a big plus!!!

I have not yet had to use the services or added warranty, but it is nice to know it is there if I ever need it for a fair price!

You need to have coverage outside of items’ extended warranties.

The TV was working perfect but then it go cracked screen but I wish the product was still working because it had a good picture and still under warranty through the geek squad, but they won’t fix a cracked screen so as far as the TV it’s great as far as the warranty you buy for the geek squad it’s not right when you buy the extended warranty thing to get told it’s 100% warranty is what when it’s not they said cracked screen they didn’t cover then why would you even want to buy the warranty to the GEEK SQUAD, if it doesn’t cover a cracked screen

Geek squad installed/hung my tv. Routed all the HDMI cables through the wall so it was super clean. Overall an excellent job. Still holds up

I love the picture on this tv, and the size is perfect for a small bedroom. The picture clarity is better than the Toshiba that I had purchased. The only problem I’m having is that the tv will turn off every time I leave the room for ten minutes. That’s probably fixable in the setting somewhere . So far seems like a nice tv for the price which was very reasonable.

Had to use the warranty when my under 3 year old tv’s picture failed. They returned my entire purchase price + tax. No charge for new installation- will never make a large electronic purchase without it. Handles everything incl new purchase over the phone in under 30 minutes. So easy!! Thank you!!!

Toshiba at the very least is a satisfactory electronics company but it doesn’t have the excellent record of Samsung or LG Electronics. So…to protect myself I got the Geek Squad warranty.

I didn’t realize I was going up 20 inches but I love the 85 inch

Insignia is definitely a great alternative, the quality the color graphics the remote and multi functions is a plus. Additionally it is fire stick ready, Wi-Fi connects right away and apps available up to date. I would definitely recommend this Brand to anyone looking for a real quality TV in a budget price.
