I gave five stars for the value. At $20 per year for 5 years on a 75" TV is quite reasonable. Although I haven't had anything go bad on me under an extended warranty.

I bought this specifically to protect against burn-in on my new LG OLED TV. Love the fact that this Geek Squad warranty covers burn-in since the factory warranty from LG does not. This way I don't have to worry if I end up with burn-in, which can happen with OLED TV's. I don't usually buy extended warranties but in this case it was an easy decision. It was absolutely worth the peace of mind.

The support when I came into the store was top notch. Incredible knowledgable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns!

Its a great service and i would do it again but my needs have changed.

Yes, indeed get it because if something breaks down that you purchased after the manufacturer warranty this one kicks in and let’s be honest you know it’s gonna break down. Highly recommend.

I purchased this unit to replace an older plasma that did not have a full tunner. This unit has a very good tuner with many built in apps. Sound is fair a sound bar would help.

I bought the 5 year protection because I purchased a LG OLED tv and do alot of gaming and tv watching so I am glad to know I have added protection in case something happens.

very helpful in helping to exchange item. Only drawback was it was not volunteered to set up equipment weather it would be free or at an added cost and I did not think to ask as prior television was set up by delivery personnel.

This little tv is great for a guest room. You can download any channel app and log in or purchase.

I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

Always a good idea. Murphy’s Law never disappears. Decent price for lots of peace that you are covered just in case.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

Cant go wrong with 55" samsung s90c qd-oled. colors are vibrant ,Crystal clear picture and wildly thin profile. Good build quality. Game experience is top notch.

I will never buy something from best buy without this. It has paid for itself time and time again. Got a replacement on my tv within 48hrs of the claim. Great warranty as always.

Tv went out and geek squad came out the diagnosis the tv. They ordered the part and was back out to fix the tv the Saturday after thanksgiving. Tech Frank did an amazing job

I have never had to use this for this tv. Price is decent for a warranty on a tv tho
