Arrived on time, carried the TV upstairs, synched remote, set up TV, and later took away box and packing materials. Very friendly and professional.

The brackets for the TV mount were missing on the first visit, however we were able to schedule a second visit and the TV was installed without issue.

The technicians that came out to connect my TV and surround sound system were great. They went over the remote control and how to use the TV.
