    This was a simple set up of a new TV to replace an almost identical older unit in same space with same connections. Elapsed time for this was half hour. BUT (very big but) reaching a Geek Squad agent by phone and then setting up the appointment was very time consuming. last but not least, the Geek Squad arrived two hours late and had to told what was needed. I should get a partial credit for this installation.
