The prices are confusing on perks for your dollar.

verizon has been great to work with. Very reliable

Its complicated to refill. Their phone number listed on the card is not helpful. The staff at Best Buy or not very familiar with this product. It takes a long time to get the information you need to reload

Was sold this by a Best Buy sales rep, was told I needed this to gain access to the internet using a Verizon JetPack, SP couldn't get the Jet Pack initialized at the store, after repeated attempts I got on the phone with Verizon, from the store, gave them my cell number and when I got home, Jet Pack was working. Go to Verizon store and phone rep tells me this card was NOT necessary, put jet pack on my cell number, gave me credit for the unnecessary $70 prepaid card, took the amount off my cell phone bill, only had to pay sales tax (!?) $0.40.

I bought a cell phone on Dec. 1. 2020 at the Roosevelt Best Buy (60605). The sales person (Tyler) was great--very patient and very professional. He took care of setting it up for me, as well as requesting Sprint to transfer the number from my old cell. The booklet that came with the cell directed me to go to a web site for the manual. After wasting a lot of time on a call, I was told it was no longer there. It was 2 weeks before I realized that my old number wasn't transferred, I went back to the store, where Anthony found out that Sprint would not transfer it because they thought I owed money. Spent 1/2 day talking to 4 people to get that straightened out. Sprint told me to call the store to tell them that Sprint would release the #. I cannot get thru to the store!! I did reach the call center and they transferred me to what I thought was someone at the store. After 39 minutes on hold, I was cut off. I am 87 years old! I was told I could not call the store, that I would have to go IN PERSON to tell someone it was now okay to request the old #. I was very happy with both Tyler and Anthony, both very professional and helpful. I AM NOT happy that I can't connect to the store. IT DOES NOT make sense!!

Not much data on the Verizon prepaid plans. Other companies give you more data and better customer service for the same price.

Was very unhappy due to the service that I received instore; finally got some assistance and ended up very satisfied after being very exasperated.

For those on tight budget these cards are great especially if you can't afford a monthly contract. Paid for the card when you can works for me.

I am very disappointed that I was not able to use my reward $5 on this purchase. I will most likely purchase my next Verizon card else where.

Cheaper to put my son on my plan... didn’t seem to work out the way we planned but he’s now off prepaid

Would not buy this again. It is so slow I wound up using the hot spot on my phone. When you buy it you have to set it up within 3 hours or the account expires the store didn’t know. Took two days to get it straightened out and had to go back to store to do it. Don’t buy

Seems over priced, I did not end up renewing my service. I decided to just go with a phone hotspot.

Was gone in an instant. It was a test for me using mobile data and I didn’t want to sign up for a lengthy contract.

super easy to setup, only complaint is that price isn't great for data amount.

I purchased this for someone whom wanted simplicity. They ended up preferring an easier style for their circumstance.

We purchased this for our son and the taxes on this prepaid card are ridiculous! Almost $18 a shame!

I had to have help finding out how to load the card on the hotspot, but the Best Buy staffers were awsome!

For the price it is ok but I would like to have one that will pay for a full year at one time.
