Have problem s with phone ,they have to check towers for power to people

Couldn't answer incoming calls still hard to answer them didn't have good customer s

Great help They did all the set up just had to turn it on and hook up to the wifi

Didn’t perform as expected. Was a bit slow and kept losing service.

Easy to use and no contract. Good for short term use.

Not much to say about this. $50 for a $50 refill card.

Wasted $50 because I could not get this card to work with the hotspot device I purchased at the same time as the card. Disappointed with the phone support. I would not buy this product or service again.

Started out good on first afternoon, then I was getting 0.05 Mbps down and up!! Called Verizon as I was leaving it at home during the week and only using on weekends. Called and Verizon said that I used up all the data...i asked WHEN? Verizon told me the date and time....i was driving back to my job and I never used it then...then she changed her story and said that I had used it before then! Do not waste your money.

Was told when purchased it was unlimited. Come to find out it was not for the price and the data. There are better prepaid companies and cards. Haven’t and will not buy another one

This will only work for a week before the battery needs removed and reinstalled. Annoying and makes no sense. Has to be a better way.

I can't USE the thing, because Verizon is being difficult and won't let me activate my pre-paid flip-phone, at all, never mind recharge it. If I could USE my phone I could then USE this product too, imagine that, but I guess Verizon Inc. either a) doesn't want my business or b) they just want to take money from me and give me nothing in return. I could use some help getting the phone activated first, but that's going to need an in-person visit huh Geek Squad !?!

Bought the card with ellipsis and can’t even work due to the internet speed. Extremely slow. Disappointed!

Ordered this Verizon card to use with a Verizon Jet Pack hotspot ordered at same time. Hotspot wouldn’t activate, because it was not properly scanned at the Best Buy warehouse. Unfortunately I only learned this AFTER tech support told me to enter the number under the scratch off on back of card. Had to return JetPack, and am not re-ordering. And I doubt if Best Buy will refund my money after the number has been exposed.

Went to use the first 2, scratched off the number and neither were valid. Calked Bestbuy as it was a bestbuy.com purchase, they said they couldn't help, to go to my nearest Bestbuy. I'm a stage 3 cancer patient forbidden by my doctors to leave the house during the pandemic which is why I ordered them online to begin with.....Out $350 for 5 $70 cards and had to endure a condescending customer service agent.

It was useless since we couldn't get the Hotspot WiFi device we purchased from Best Buy to work.

Was slow from beginning and after only 6 days it is only crawling ! For 70.00 , REALLY?

The other times we bought this, we received unlimited data for 30 days with no slow down in speed. This card worked for four days and then slowed down to almost nothing. We went back to find out what happened and were told best buy could do nothing about it, Verizon hah changed their policy. We will not buying again.
