Those filter works great and was a great price. A must have to protect you lens when taking pics in bright outside light

This is a very useful product. I bought it mainly to protect the lens from scratches but I also like that it reduces glare.

I love the lens. Helps keep the pictures crisp. Helps to not get the lens scratched our dust in the camera

I think this lens filter is great for an added layer of protection, and I'm happy enough with the quality for the price (though have yet to try the cheap ones that you can buy for a fraction of the price). But, there is one problem with this item--it does not screw on tight. It's one of those situations where you tighten it and it gets tight to a point and then loosens again. Not the best feature, especially since this is an area of the camera that would frequently be tampered with as the lens cap screws around or I mess around with the focus. Fix that, and you've got perfection.

This filter does help with glare but more importantly it protects my lenses from being scratched.

Just a basic filter, used more to protect my lens from scratches than anything else. Does its job at a reasonable price, not much more to say about it.

I didn't have a UV filter until my photographer friend told me I should invest in one of these. And I am so glad that I did - my camera bag fell out of my hand and dropped only a few inches to the ground. I heard a shatter - I checked and this entire filter was SHATTERED in my purse. Sure, that sucks, but this $9.99 filter saved my $200 lens. Totally worth the money and Best Buy replaced it for me - free - no problems!

The UV lens filter was needed to protect a 75-300mm Canon lens, it's just what everyone should mount on the end of their lenses, as it is less costly than replacing a pricy lens due to scratches on the glass! Very good UV ratio with almost no aberation reference flare, using a lens hood corrects any I have found! Only in straight on sunlight shots is when I have seen any! A Great Buy from Best Buy!
