Very happy with this TV. Love the WebOS platform. Hooked up a Firestick and have access to every app I need, including Xfinity Stream. TV could be just a bit brighter but it gets the job done. Looks great above the fireplace.

Online reviews supported how this TV was best all around for partial sun environments. I haven’t installed TV yet since my house is still under construction but excited to see it in action. Delivery was quick and protected on pallet and shrink wrap.

Great TV that is perfect for our outdoor space. would buy again

I bought this TV a few years ago close to $3k for a well protected covered deck. I debated between just using a regular TV but really didn't want it to break so opted to spend way more money and on top of that purchase a very expensive $600 extended warranty for 5 years to 100% be covered. The picture was very underwhelming, and could not see things that well during the day, so that was disappointing but was also ok with that knowing it was designed for outdoor use and I was well covered if it were ever to break. That's the biggest thing with these outdoor TVs - seems hard to think they can last in the elements. That being said it did the job for a year and it kept it covered daily and well protected. This spring after a few weeks I turned on one day and the screen was all messed up. It turned out there was a tiny pin size crack in what turned out to be a very feeble screen, you couldn't even find any crack with the tv turned off, that's how weak this screen is. That small crack created a thick blurred line vertical and horizontally making the image completely useless. Disappointed but at least happy I did opt for the extended warranty given how expensive this was. So Best Buy shows up and turns out that a tiny pin sized crack is physical damage that is not covered by the warranty. Amazing. And no way for them to fix it. So this $3k for the TV, $600 for the warranty, and a mosquito bite has not made this thing completely useless. Please do not buy it, you are better off getting an indoor tv same size and could literally replace every year for 8 years and still be cheaper than what this cost me. Would never risk it for this amount of money, complete mistake and also picture wasn't even worth it to begin with. Best buy wouldn't even respond to my complaint about scam warranty and peerless/Neptune ignored me as well, so zero support. Avoid at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased the 65" Peerless July 2023 and had it installed in August. Nearly 12 months to the day, our screen has gone completely black but sound continues to work. We keep the tv covered 100% of the time it is not in use. We reached out to Peerless immediately and they requested we take the tv down, take several photos in order to process warranty. Several days later we heard back... if we want the $3,500 tv repaired, we must pay to box, secure to a pallet, ship upright, pay $150 as well as any cost to repair. After requesting a manager review the issue we received confirmation they will not stand by their product. The fact Peerless wants us to pay $100's of dollars to ship this product back on top of repairs is truly unacceptable. I have never written a review however felt obligated to share our experience. I am beyond disappointed and feel this product is junk and Peerless does not stand by the product. Do not believe the fake 4 and 5 star reviews!

Thank you Best Buy, couldn’t be happier with the new tv for my outside use and sports galore in the warmer weather outside. The Best Buy team answered all my questions and always got back to me at a reasonable time.
