My speaker on the phone stopped working 18 days after I bought the phone. I paid for 2 full coverage warranties. I was gonna have to wait a week on a new phone instead of the store just replacing the phone. I'll never buy another phone from best buy.

Tech was mad because he had to help me before he got to go to lunch after 1-1/2 hour of trying to setup my phone, i left with no phone service. I ended up doing it all my self at home. I will never waste my time at Best buy again for tech, service again very POOR

I can't make any phone calls, people are telling be its saying I blocked the ability for people to call me, but I can call out and send text messages
